The artists in FGO’s Studio Artist Program receive top-notch training including hours of coaching with qualified professionals to help refine their languages and style along with masterclasses with industry professionals including conductors, directors, and singers to provide feedback and add tools to the singer toolbox. These artists also have countless performance opportunities including concerts and comprimario (supporting) roles on the mainstage as well as the opportunity to cover (understudy) leading roles.
The wide variety of training and opportunities these singers receive while with FGO provides the building blocks to a career. A quick look at the alumni of the program is a veritable who’s who of the great singers of the past and present. Giving singers the opportunity to learn their craft creates the pathway to becoming professionals.
