Due to the pandemic, Florida Grand Opera is happy to announce our partnership with companies nationwide to offer coordinated auditions for the FGO Studio’s 2021-22 season. Opera companies across the country are having to forego in-person auditions and, for the first time, are collaborating to streamline a virtual audition process for their respective young artists programs. This streamlined process allows opera companies to efficiently review remote auditions and provides consistency to artists as they move through the audition process.
Application and Audition Process: (All applications and auditions are FREE of charge for this audition year!)
Step 1: Apply to the studio program as you normally would on YAP Tracker. Applications are due Monday, October 12.
Step 2 Notifications of second-round video auditions will be sent by FGO through YAP Tracker. This notification will contain a link to submit a new aria list. Notifications will be sent by Friday, November 6
